Good to know

Our 5th floor condo sits directly on the beach overlooking the water. We have new decor, air conditioner, smart tvs with dish network. We have updated both bathrooms and the kitchen. The condo sleeps 6 with 2 king bedrooms with attached full bathrooms , and a new pull out sofa in the living room. There is a washer and dryer in the condo. The complex, Surf Side Shores, has been newly renovated and has 2 gulf front seasonally heated pools and 2 kiddie pools. The pool/beach area has bathrooms, vending machines, a bicycle rack, free air for inflatables, grills, & a place to store your beach chairs/inflatables. Our condo is centrally located in Gulf Shores near restaurants, entertainment, and shopping and only 1 mile from Hwy 29 (The Hangout) on W Beach Blvd.

House Rules

Must be at least 25 years old to book. No smoking or vaping in the condo or on the balcony. No pets.

Other Details to Note

Our family purchased this condo in 2022. We are continually updating and maintaining our condo. State taxes will be added to your total. The taxes are 16% of the nightly rate. You must be at least 25 years old to book.

Cassie has a great place here. Her fifth floor condo is easy to access and it's a very easy few steps to get to the beach. The views of the ocean are stunning.

The condo was exactly what I was looking for. Beach front and private beach area the pier is about five miles away. The condo was clean with two bedrooms, each with king size beds and showers. Great for two couples or friends with separate sleeping arrangements. The balcony has very comfortable wicker rockers and is the place to be early in the morning to enjoy the sunrises with a cup of coffee.

The room was exactly as pictured. Our 6 and 3 year olds LOVED all the games that were in the room. The only thing we would change is the pool needs to be cleaned and serviced. The water stunk and there was a black film all on the sides that coated the floats. But other than the pool we would give it a 10/10 and are looking forward to booking here again 💜

This experience was a 10/10. From the time we booked, Cassie was amazing. The condo was perfect and we had the most beautiful beachfront view. Everything was just as it was advertised. I will definitely book with her again. Definitely 5 stars!

The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The balcony was a great spot to relax, and the condo itself was spotless and fully stocked with all the essentials. The host was friendly and quick to respond, making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

This place was everything we needed for our family of four. The beach was fantastic, and being able to have morning coffee on the balcony while watching the waves come ashore was priceless. Cassie is an excellent host that gave us great recommendations for local food and entertainment, and was super responsive to any questions we had.
