Good to know

Our 5th floor condo sits directly on the beach overlooking the water. We have new decor, air conditioner, smart tvs with dish network. We have updated both bathrooms and the kitchen. The condo sleeps 6 with 2 king bedrooms with attached full bathrooms , and a new pull out sofa in the living room. There is a washer and dryer in the condo. The complex, Surf Side Shores, has been newly renovated and has 2 gulf front seasonally heated pools and 2 kiddie pools. The pool/beach area has bathrooms, vending machines, a bicycle rack, free air for inflatables, grills, & a place to store your beach chairs/inflatables. Our condo is centrally located in Gulf Shores near restaurants, entertainment, and shopping and only 1 mile from Hwy 29 (The Hangout) on W Beach Blvd.

Our family purchased this condo in 2022. We are continually updating and maintaining our condo. State taxes will be added to your total. The taxes are 16% of the nightly rate. You must be at least 25 years old to book.

This experience was a 10/10. From the time we booked, Cassie was amazing. The condo was perfect and we had the most beautiful beachfront view. Everything was just as it was advertised. I will definitely book with her again. Definitely 5 stars!

This place was everything we needed for our family of four. The beach was fantastic, and being able to have morning coffee on the balcony while watching the waves come ashore was priceless. Cassie is an excellent host that gave us great recommendations for local food and entertainment, and was super responsive to any questions we had.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway and staying at this condo was the perfect choice! It was exactly as pictured, clean and well maintained. Our host gave us detailed information including a book filled with all kinds of helpful recommendations for local restaurants and entertainment. Our favorite spot was the balcony which was so peaceful and the balcony furniture was very comfortable and pretty! This condo is so close to the beach, literally just a few steps and you are in the sand! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone for a wonderful stay at the beach!

Great condo, at a great location that was everything it was promised to be. One of the things that we appreciated was that the hot water was actually hot. That might seem crazy, but we have stayed in several Airbnb‘s, and frequently the hot water never really gets hot, for those of us to like an actual hot shower, that’s really refreshing ;). We also appreciated that the condo building is situated in such a way that the balconies are actually in the shade, which is a relief when you’ve been on the beach for several hours. The condo was well appointed and has a good layout Without having lots of lost space. Overall, we would absolutely stay there again and recommend others.

Cassie’s place was exactly as described! My family was comfortable the entire time! The ocean view was beautiful and the proximity to Hangout Fest sealed the deal. Would def stay again!

Great location, we had a weekend cousin trip and it was a great place. Plenty of space, quiet at night, parking was easy and never struggled to find a spot. Elevator was fast. The condo was clean and the balcony was perfect for lounging in the mornings and at night. Only thing I suggest to future guests that are coffee drinkers make sure you get coffee filters. We didn’t catch that so we had to wait until we could go to the store to get them. It’s a coffee pot not a maker that takes pods. That’s probably on us for not reading or noticing in pictures but really wasn’t a big deal. The owner was very responsive when I messaged. We didn’t take the time difference coming from our family’s in Ga and arrived 30 minutes early but we reached out and she said we should be able to go in then. I will definitely get this place on my next trip to Gulf shores!
